Lonnie J. Bellamy, Jr.

Lonnie J. Bellamy, Jr., is the founding President and CEO of TIME Systems, LLC. Mr. Bellamy began his career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, eventually serving as both an Air Defense Artillery and Signal Corps Officer. Throughout his military career, he earned respect as a dynamic leader and is dedicated to supporting the Warfighter. Mr. Bellamy is a proud “Aggie” graduate of the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He holds a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University. Mr. Bellamy participated in both the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps (I-Corps) program at The George Washington University and the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) Grow program. In 2005, Mr. Bellamy and his wife, Rachel, made the decision to create TIME Systems.

Vice President

Rachel J. Bellamy

Rachel J. Bellamy is the Vice-President of TIME Systems, LLC. As a fourth-generation veteran, Mrs. Bellamy graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and went on to serve five years in the U.S. Army in the Adjutant General Corps. She went on to work for the federal government and spent ten years in various lead positions working in human capital and strategic leadership. In 2015, she left the government to join TIME Systems full-time. Mrs. Bellamy holds a master’s degree in Executive Coaching from Georgetown University and a Master of Divinity in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. She is a graduate of the Small Business Administration’s Emerging Leaders Program, as well as the National Science Foundation Innovation Corps (I-Corps) program at The George Washington University and the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) International program.
