TIME Systems and Millennium Corporation form the Joint Venture MTS Advantage, LLC, which was established to offer combined services and provide critical program management and engineering support services to the federal government. This Joint Venture is made possible by the Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program (SBA MPP). By partnering with Millennium, TIME Systems can improve its stability and risk reduction, as well as take advantage of Millennium’s established support structure, while maintaining the agility, flexibility, and contracting opportunities of a small business.
