Northern VA, Sept. 2017 – The Federal Aviation Administration Office of Civil Rights (FAA ACR) has begun the process to support more predictable services through a competent workforce, and sought contractor assistance to support its core mission, business strategy development, identification of best practices, and executive program oversight. TIME Systems was awarded the contract and will provide project/task management support, assistance with Standard Operating Procedure development and management, assistance in obtaining International Organization for Standardization Certification, assistance in establishing an ACR strategic measuring performance management tool, IT utilization improvements, and technical writing support.
